IABD PROGRAMS

COHI | MOVE

The Comprehensive Organizational Health Initiative (COHI) strengthens the organizational health of small and midsize arts institutions through comprehensive financial analysis and capacity-building support, funded by The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation. Through this initiative, IABD distributes MOVE (Managing Organizational Vitality and Endurance) grants to strengthen the financial and organizational health of its United States-based member dance companies.

Understanding Organizational Health
