Submit An Event

We welcome the opportunity to promote your event. Events must be of general interest, and open to the public. To make sure your event gets into the calendar on time, please submit it at least two weeks before the event date.
 
IMAGES

Do not include images that may be offensive, inappropriate, or in violation of copyright laws. Images should be appropriate for the event being submitted.

All images should be of high quality promotional graphics. The image size should be at least 2000px and no larger than 1 MB file size, 300 DPI. Acceptable image and document file types include: .png (preferred) and .jpg.

EVENT APPROVALS

Using the IABD event submission form does not guarantee that your event will be published to the event calendar. All submitted events must be reviewed, and approved or denied by the Communications Department. All items submitted will be added to the event calendar at the discretion of The International Association of Blacks in Dance, Inc.
