Marketing and Promotion: We promote classes, events, or services in an email to thousands through our e-blasts, social media, and our centralized calendar.
News: IABD keeps its members up to date on advocacy, auditions, classes, events, jobs, news, and performances, with IABD’s monthly newsletter Timekeepers of the Flame.
Research and Advocacy: IABD helps ensure that the activities, history and interests of Black dance are better understood and represented on national and international levels. Need a FACT CHECK, reach out to us!
The IABD membership year begins JANUARY 1 and expires DECEMBER 31. Memberships accepted between JANUARY – DECEMBER (of any given year), are for that complete year of benefits (through December 31).*All membership prices will include an additional $10 administrative fee for processing.
