  IABD Comprehensive Organizational Health Initiative (COHI) (Session 1 - invitation only)
An educational workshop session with the thirty (30) organizations that participated in the IABD COHI.
A program designed to strengthen the organizational health of small and midsize arts institutions
through comprehensive financial analysis and capacity building financial support. The project will
provide a phased initiative to begin in-depth pilot planning that will inform subsequent phases to
strengthen IABD’s infrastructure and its member organizations capacity-building over an extended time frame.

Collective Strategies for People of Color in Dance | Round Table Discussion: 2:00pm - 4:00pm
In the tradition of strength in unity, established and emergent leaders in the Diasporan dance community convene to discuss empowerment strategies learned through their practice in a range of dance endeavors—as researchers, scholars, choreographers, educators, practitioners.  All members of the IABD community are encouraged to attend this inter-generational open platform/ convening of resource sharing and moderated discussion.Collective Strategies
